How is my order shipped?
Shipments are handled by express courier BRT or SDA, according to the characteristics of the order and the service chosen.

How soon will I get my order?
The shipment is delivered to the courier within 24 working hours, after which the delivery time depends on the method chosen with the order: fast service 1-2 working days; standard service 3-5 working days. It is necessary that someone is present at the address entered to receive the order otherwise after the second delivery attempt, the package will remain in storage for 3 days in the nearest post office, after which it will return to the sender. When ordering, it is advisable to enter an address at which to be contacted, in order to facilitate delivery operations.

Is it necessary to sign upon delivery of my order?
At this time, due to COVID-19 regulations, the courier may not require a signature and in some cases leave the package outside the door.

Can I send an order to an address other than the one I set during registration?
Yes, you can set a different address and have the package delivered to another person.

How much are the shipping costs?
In Italy shipping is free over € 50.00, below this threshold there is a cost contribution of € 5.50. In Europe, shipping is free for orders over € 100.00 in these countries: Austria, Denmark, France (excluding Corsica), Germany, Holland, Spain (excluding the Balearic Islands and Canaries). Below the sum of 100 euros or in countries other than those listed above, the rate varies according to the country and is calculated automatically when ordering.

• Can I get an invoice for my order?
